FAQFrequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about TrustDesk.
Common questions about how the response desk, answer library, and trust center work together.
What is TrustDesk?
TrustDesk is a response desk and workspace for B2B SaaS teams that need to answer security questionnaires, maintain an evidence-backed answer library, and publish a living trust center — without pulling founders and engineers into every review cycle.
How does the pilot process work?
We start with an intake conversation to understand your questionnaire volume, existing trust materials, and timeline pressure. From there we recommend a package (Launch, Desk, or Scale), scope a first workspace, and deliver the first response-desk loop within the first week.
What does "done-for-you" mean?
TrustDesk operates as a response desk — we draft answers grounded in your evidence, route them through a human approval step, generate export artifacts, and publish trust-center content. You review and approve; we handle the operational work.
Do I need to provide my own security documentation?
Yes — we work from your existing policies, prior questionnaire responses, and architecture context. The onboarding package covers evidence ingestion and answer-library seeding so we have a reusable foundation for future reviews.
How is TrustDesk priced?
Pricing is structured as a one-time onboarding package, an ongoing monthly response-desk retainer, and optional overflow capacity for higher questionnaire volume. There are no seat-based fees or hidden charges.
Can I use TrustDesk for just the trust center?
The trust center is powered by the same workspace that handles questionnaire reviews. Published assets come from approved answers rather than a separate CMS, so trust-center content stays current with your actual security posture.
What formats can TrustDesk export?
TrustDesk generates completed questionnaire exports, compliance documents, and trust-center material in the formats buyers expect — preserving approvals, notes, and gap context alongside the responses.
Is my data secure?
TrustDesk runs on Supabase with row-level security, and every answer stays gated behind human approval before external use. Your workspace data is isolated to your account and never shared across customers.
